Support Options

We offer many ways to obtain support for our programs.

  • Program's Help - we have received extensive comments about the quality of the Windows' Help included with each program. This is your first line of support. When using a calculator, simply click on that calculator's Help Button. Additionally, when the cursor is in an input field, you can press [F1] and help for that specific input will be displayed.
  • Email - send us your question via email. Here's the email address. Better yet, if you are running current version of our programs, just click on the main window's Help menu choice and select "Prepare an email to the support group...". The program will automatically address and start an email for you!
  • FAQs - check out our list of frequently asked questions. Your question just might have already been answered.
  • FAX - you can fax us questions if you don't have access to email or the forums. However, we can't reply to faxes as quickly as we can reply to an email. For one reason, if we are traveling, we don't see the faxes, however, we always can get our emails.
  • Phone - last but not least, when everything else fails, give us a call! We might just be the last software company that still provides toll free support for low cost software to our registered users.

Important...

When you need help, please tell use the name of the program that you are using! Version information is very helpful for us to have too. You can get this information by starting the program and looking at the program's status bar located along the bottom of the main window.
