Future Value Schedule

The Future Value Schedule (FV) will help you project the amount of money you'll have at some point in the future. This schedule will tell you what an amount will be worth (either a single deposit or a series of fixed or irregular deposits), at the end of a user specified term if invested at a fixed or flexible rate of interest. The financial schedule shows the details for each period. The periodic interest and the running interest (total accumulated interest since the start date) are clearly shown. If you had entered a marginal tax rate and/or an inflation rate the schedule will also show you the projected taxes that are to be paid on the interest earned as well as the lost purchasing power due to inflation. The Net FV is the real future value after these two very real life situations are taken into account. Otherwise, the future value column shows the projected text book future value of the cash flow.
