You may be wondering why we post our email address in such an unorthodox fashion. The answer is simple. As of January 2004, we are receiving over one thousand spam messages a day. Unfortunately, this has made it so we've missed some of our customer's email. The reason why we get so many spams is because the spammers have software tools which scan Web sites and "lift" email addresses from those site. Using the above, we believe that spammers won't find our addresses.
We generally reply to emails within 24 hours. If you have an urgent need, please put "Urgent" in the subject of your email, and we'll attempt to reply within 4 hours. Please note: FAX is often the least efficient way to communicate with us.
