AmortizeIT!, v4.0 includes 14 different financial calculators. (Compare AmortizeIT! to our other programs.) All calculators are easy to use. There is never any need for programming. If you should not be familiar with some particular financial term, AmortizeIT! includes a very extensive context sensitive help system that includes multiple dozens of tutorials and step-by-step guides.
Please see this financial calculator list for a one or two sentence description of each calculator, or you may click on any of the calculators below for a more detailed description and screen shot.

A "calculator" is designed to give you a quick answer to a basic question. Example, "what will the loan payment be?".
A "financial adviser" is meant to answer much more complex questions than a calculator. Example, "What is the best way for me to get out of debt?".
A "financial schedule" shows the cash flow over many periods. While the amortization schedule will calculate the payment amount for a loan, just like the loan calculator will, it will also show you how the payment is allocated to principal and interest over the entire term of the loan.
A "matrix calculator" is designed to show you many calculated results as two attributes change along the x-axis and y-axis.
Please see the buy now page for current pricing options and quantity discounts.
NOTE: AmortizeIT! runs on Windows 7 (64-bit or 32-bit), VISTA (64-bit or 32-bit) and Windows XP (Home or Professional editions) as well as older versions of Windows (98, 98SE, ME, NT 4.0 & Windows 2000).
